How to use it

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) of powder with 150–200 ml of water or milk, 1–4 times daily depending on your goals.

Perfect for pre- and post-workout use. The more water you add, the milder the taste. Can also be mixed with milk, but water allows for faster absorption.

For muscle building, 3–4 shakes daily are recommended – morning, midday, and evening. On training days, one dose can be taken after your workout.

For weight loss or weight control, it can also be used as a meal replacement.
